The main idea which lies in this research is to identify the relationship between the spread of the СOVID-19 disease which started in 2020 and the reaction of stock markets. Thus, to clarify this relationship, several steps will be needed, such as an analysis of sources and literature, which will consider various studies on this topic. By evaluating the data, this paper will analyze the global situation, the impact of government policies, the performance of sectors, and how this correlated with stock prices. Having certain data and information from research and secondary sources, it can be assumed that the results of the analysis will show that COVID-19 has a direct impact on the dynamics of stock markets. In addition, the country's domestic policy, which was quite strict, and the role of the media also had a significant impact.
