The international political agenda and media are strongly correlated. Media becomes an important public diplomacy tool for governments of different states and non-governmental organizations. Today with the rise of new technologies, media cause rise of security concerns of States because of its ability to influence masses. In this study there would be considered, how political agenda influence media agenda and why media is called a public diplomacy tool
