The diploma project « Interactivity for Museums on "Difficult" Heritage as a Way to Attract Teenage Audience (Based on the Project for the Gulag History Museum)» is dedicated to the development of the digital project «Knocked on the door» for the State Gulag History Museum. The graduation work explores the specificity of museum programs for the adolescent audience, discusses the peculiarities of museums about «difficult heritage», evaluates the role and possibilities of digital extensions for the target audience of the project, as well as the author discusses features of interactive expansion development. The work also presents a detailed description of the project for the youth audience "Knocked on the door", implemented for the museum of history Gulag. The project framework can serve as a basis for further research in this field and can be used by museum staff in practice.
