Applying a Value-Based Approach to Human Resources Management in the Company’s Continuous Improvement Projects

This paper is devoted to the introduction of a value-based approach to management processes in the framework of continuous improvement projects of the company. In order to develop recommendations for improving the management skills of enterprise managers, theoretical sources on this topic, as well as best practices and cases of companies operating in this area, were analyzed. It was concluded that the management process becomes a key factor in the work on improving the quality of the organization as a whole and each production product in particular. The paper also presents a methodology for improving management processes through the concept of continuous improvement on the example of the company "SPP". The results of testing the methodology were the formation of recommendations for overcoming key problems in the field of personnel management.
