This paper will find out, if increasing the influence of IT sector can improve the economic efficiency of the country. Digitalization productivity growth seems unavailable. Is it so? This was a question raised a long time ago after offering the implementation of computer technology as an instrument for productivity improvement. This led to researches finding that productivity growth was decreasing during the rise of investments in this field.
