The focus of the paper is the educational and career choice of Russian high school students. An individual educational trajectory is a sequence of decisions that is largely informed by the parents' opinion, the prestige of the profession, and risk management. The “non-decision” making and lack of information about the labor market lead to the situation where high school students choosing undesired educational and career trajectories often end up sacrificing their ambition. This work is aimed to develop a pilot release of a podcast for high school students about the choice of future educational and career trajectories. The main stages of the work are audience research, analysis of the audio podcast market on the topic of education, development of the concept of a pilot release and its production.
