The bachelor's work considers the procedure for filing cassation complaints and submissions, as well as the procedure for cassation proceedings in civil proceedings after the entry into force of the innovations of the 2019 reform. The analysis of the formed practice is carried out, the existing problems are revealed and possible ways of their solution are offered.
