This research examines the UAE's foreign policy strategy after the events of the Arab Spring. Based on the theoretical paradigm of structural realism, as well as the theory of balance of threats, the study answers the question: how does the UAE realize its goals and respond to regional challenges? Using the case study method, as well as methods of comparative historical and regulatory analysis, a comprehensive analysis of the main elements of the foreign policy strategy is carried out, the main threats and responses of the UAE to them are identified. The role of the use of military power, smart power and the policy of participation in alliances in the country's foreign policy strategy is assessed in detail, and conclusions are drawn about its results.
