Regional Specifics of Policies Attracting Japanese Investment to Russia

This paper investigates the specifics of Russia's regions in attracting Japanese investment. The novelty of this study is to consider the regional component together with the efforts of the federal government. At the same time, the thesis presents the factors that take into account the investment attractiveness of the regions for Japanese investors. Moreover, this paper has recommendations for improving the investment climate to attract Japanese investment.
