Comparative Analysis of the Approaches of the United States and China in Relation to Global Environmental Regulation

In this thesis, the author examines the foundations of global environmental regulation and approaches to solving environmental problems in the United States and China, describes the position of countries in relation to environmental regulation, conducts a comparative analysis of the positions of the United States and China regarding global environmental regulation using the example of the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement, as well as internal environmental regulatory framework, considers opportunities for China and the United States to take measures to reduce environmental impacts and is attempting to identify the prospects for further development of environmental regulation in China and the United States.
