The purpose of this work is the development of an educational portal for learning signal modulation and detection methods, which would allow technical specialty students and junior specialists to learn signal processing. The result of the work is a developed educational portal, which is filled with content, and educational methodology including practical use of knowledge. The work is written on 45 pages, 11 illustrations were used, 2 tables were used, 14 sources were used.
