The object of this work is software for the reliability prediction of electronic equipment with “difficult” RBD. The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of design of highly reliable electronic equipment. The most frequently used in practice redundancy groups for non-restorable equipment are identified and their formal models are developed. The method of setting “difficult” RBD through redundancy groups is defined and a universal formal model of reliability of electronic equipment with “difficult” RBD is developed. The formal models for redundancy with recovery are also described. For RBDs that are “irreducible” graphs, an algorithm for cloning circuit components is developed. The developed software module will later become part of the new version of the ASONIKA-K-SI program and will be used to automate the implementation of the “Program for ensuring reliability in Development”.
