Features of the Interaction of Religious Associations and State Institutions in the Russian Federation

The choice of the research topic is due to the important role of religious associations in the life of the state, an increase in the level of clericalization in various spheres of state and law, such as education, the army, etc., the need for a clearer delineation of the principle of the secular nature of the state and its organs and the principle of freedom of conscience, as well as the need for improving the legal framework for the activities of religious organizations. The first chapter of the study examines the theoretical foundations of the study of the peculiarities of the interaction of religious associations and state institutions in the Russian Federation. The author examined the content of the constitutional principles of freedom of conscience and the secular state, analyzed the conceptual apparatus of the administrative status of religious associations and made conclusions about the legislation in the field of religious organizations. The second chapter "Features of state regulation and the activities of religious organizations in conjunction with state institutions in the Russian Federation" contains an analysis of the social and legal realities of regulating the activities of religious organizations and groups, and also examines the interaction of religious associations with various institutions in the Russian Federation. In the conclusion, the main conclusions of the study are formulated. The author comes to the conclusion that maintaining a balance between freedom of conscience and freedom of religion, as well as the neutral attitude of the secular state towards all confessions, will preserve a stable social position in the state and prevent the emergence of internal conflicts on religious and ethnic strife.
