Development of Digital System for Studying Creative Writing

The paper describes the development of prototype of the digital system for studying creative writing. The format of studying is 30-days online marathons. This work is an order and is carried out according to the terms of reference drawn up by colleagues from the Faculty of Humanities. Main functionality of the system is providing peer reviewing. Methodologies of peer review and systems with similar functionality were examined and described. Infrastructure for the project was prepared and application programming interface (API), which allows client applications interact with platform, was developed. Social authentication and email notification methods were implemented. Text analysis modules were developed to ease the burden on system moderators. The functionality of the API was tested with automated tests that simulate the behavior of potential users. The volume of the final qualifying work is 74 pages, the number of illustrations is 53, the number of appendices is 1.
