The paper examines the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) adjusted for the regime characteristics of modern Russia and the policy of "state capitalism". The goal of the work is to formulate a policy proposal aimed at the autonomization of business from the pressure of regional authorities, which are replacing the budget deficit by forcing business to large-scale social projects.
