The diploma project is dedicated to the development of a new corporate identity for the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan, the largest historical, research, cultural and educational institution of the Volga region. Its mission is to preserve and popularize Tatar culture in Russia and the world. Since the study of traditional ornamental art is important for understanding the nature of folk culture, the focus of attention in visual research was focused on the systematization of stylistic features and morphology of Tatar ornament throughout history. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to rethink the visual communication of the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan. As a result, a unique font was proposed, as well as options for corporate identity from the website to printing and souvenir lines.
