ABSTRACT The object of the development was a method of complex testing, which describes the necessary operations to control the correct functioning of the software for calculating the reliability of electronic equipment. The purpose of this work was to establish interaction with third-party mathematical software for verification of the obtained results of calculations in the tested software and reference mathematical software. As a result of the development, it was possible to implement a module in Mathcad, thanks to which a comprehensive check of the calculations of all available elements is performed, a check of mathematical models in the software under test, and a user manual was developed. As areas of further development, we can highlight the automation of these solutions and integration directly into the tested software itself. The volume of the final qualifying work is 39 pages. The report contains 23 illustrations, 2 tables, and 30 references.
