Legal Regulation of Fixed-term Employment Contracts

In this graduate qualification work the features of the legal regulation of fixed-term employment contracts are considered. The purpose of this study is to identify and study the features of legal regulation of issues of conclusion, change and termination of fixed-term employment contracts in the Russian Federation, as well as the study of practical problems that arise in the legal regulation of fixed-term employment contracts. The author gives a characteristic of the concept of a fixed-term employment contract and its content. The tendencies of formation and development of legal regulation of fixed-term labor contracts were also investigated in the work and the grounds for conclusion of fixed-term labor contracts, fixed in the current Labor Code of the Russian Federation, were considered in detail. The author of the work, based on scientific literature, normative legal acts and judicial practice tries to identify what gaps are contained in the labor legislation of the Russian Federation and formulates proposals for its improvement.
