This paper analyzes the problem of bankruptcy of business entities in the context of the application of restrictive measures aimed at protecting the population, examines the features of bankruptcy during the period of the moratorium on filing applications by creditors, and presents the positive and negative aspects of the reform of bankruptcy legislation in the conditions of the coronavirus and post-coronavirus economic space.
