This scientific follow-up actualizes the development of the institution of redomiciliation on the territory of the Russian Federation, answers questions of uncertainty associated with the registration of international companies, problems associated with significant material encumbrances of international companies, as well as abuses associated with these encumbrances. Raising the question of the uncertainty of the status of an international company, a number of problems arise associated with the prosecution of international companies, limited grounds for prosecution associated with the loss of the status of an international company. The work also touches upon the issues of guaranteeing the rights of international companies and its participants, related to the systemic imperfection of the regulatory legislation, which forms conflict of laws and hinders the development of the institution of redomiciliation on the territory of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study is due to the youth and great prospects of the legal institution of re-domiciliation in Russia; for international jurisprudence, the institution of migration of companies is not very new, but the very special form of a legal entity in the form of an international company is a new phenomenon both for Russian and foreign practice.
