This final work is a study in the field of protection of personal non-property rights in the Russian Federation. The central place in the work is taken by the analysis of current problems of protection of personal non-property rights on the Internet. Personal information is of particular importance because it is directly associated with an individual. Any breach of privacy of such information may cause great harm to the person. In this regard, with the development of Internet platforms, messengers, and the introduction of various technologies allowing the collection and storage of personal information, this issue has only become more acute. Despite all attempts by lawmakers to regulate this sphere, the number of violations of citizens' rights increases every year. This fact demonstrates the lack of a sufficiently effective mechanism for regulation and fair accountability. The paper pays sufficient attention to the non-legal methods of protection of personal intangible human rights on the Internet. A combination of non-legal methods and legal methods will achieve maximum results in the process of protection of personal intangible human rights on the Internet.
