Development of Recommendations to Improve the Efficiency of Supply Chains for Diy Retail Companies

Final Qualifying Work (FQW) consists of 3 main chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography and annexes. The introduction reveals the relevance of the problem under study, presents the goal and the tasks necessary to achieve it. The first chapter - "Analysis of the existing DIY retail market in Russia" - provides an overview of the DIY retail market, identifies the advantages and disadvantages of this area, trends, and also provides a description of the ADM LLC company. In the second chapter - "Methods and models for the optimal location of warehouses in supply chains" - an analysis of the configuration of the network structure of supply chains, models that can help in solving the problem are demonstrated. The third chapter - "Optimization of the network structure of the supply chains of the company "ADM"" - presents directly the solution to optimize the supply chain of the company "ADM" with the presentation of conclusions and results of calculations. The following is a conclusion on the entire work, a list of references and an appendix with detailed calculations of the optimization problem and initial data.
