Construction Agreements in Private International Law: Notion, Types and Basic Legal Regulation

Construction agreements in private international law are considered one of the most demanded and forward looking way to implement entrepreneurial activity in the area of real property. The subject of this paper is the content and grounds for the legal regulation of international construction agreements in the field of international law and national law of the Russian Federation, the Federal Republic of Germany and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
