Mental Health App: Prototype and Identity

A mobile application that will help reduce stress, anxiety and improve their mental health through specific exercises. It will teach the user to be more attentive to their feelings and emotions, and will also guide how to control them. The project is made only for leisure and entertainment purposes and does not replace real specialists.
