Personological Model of the Human World Image

Student: Bolotov Andrey

Supervisor: Vladimir Serkin

Faculty: Faculty of Social Sciences

Educational Programme: Counselling Psychology. Personality Studies (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2021

Key words: Human’s world image, Personology, Model, Structure, Invariants The study is based on the assumption that the human’s world image precedes all of his models, descriptions and other creative reflections, in the aggregate of which invariants of the initial image of the world can be found that make up its structure. The purpose of the dissertation is to reveal these invariants, to reconstruct the structure and build a model of the human world image. The research was carried out in a personological paradigm. The methods of hermeneutics of cultural and scientific texts and theoretical modeling became central to achieving the goal. As a result, a model of the human world image was built, consisting of small structures (monads, dyads, triads and quadrids), large structures (horizontal, vertical and diagonal "languages"), two interpenetrating subsystems (mentally comprehended and sensually comprehended) and renewal processes (destruction and creation) and fixation in both subsystems. These studies can be used in the development of curricula on the history of psychology, general psychology, and personality psychology. The proposed model of the human world image has an explanatory, diagnostic and prognostic value, and can be used in the practice of psychological diagnostics and counseling, in particular, to justify the choice of a consultative approach.
