In the final qualification work, the history of project management development, the modern concept of project management and the experience of applying the project approach in healthcare are considered. In the practical part of the work, the characteristics of the activities of the Multidisciplinary Medical Center of the Bank of Russia and its traumatological and orthopedic service are given. The processes of initiation, planning, implementation, control and closure of the Fast-track technology implementation project in the treatment of patients with knee arthrosis are described and analyzed. The general assessment of the project approach in the implementation of innovative technology is given.
