The aim of this paper is to analyze factors affecting tax revenues to the regional budget. To reach this aim a method of fixed effects is used. To conduct an econometric study, data on tax revenues to the consolidated budget of the regions of the Russian Federation are collected. The sample includes data on 85 subjects of the district in the period from 2014 to 2019 for 7 variables. A fixed effects model was used for data analysis. The results analysis makes it possible to assert that consumer price index; the ratio of the wage fund to the GRP; share of agricultural product in GRP; the ratio of the amount of exports and imports to GRP affect tax revenues to the budget of the regions of the Russian Federation. Moreover, the influence of these factors varies for different types of regions. The paper consists of Introduction, Literature Review, Methods, Results, Conclusion and References.
