Methods for Evaluating Performance Indicators of Logistics Companies

The research is devoted to the analysis of methods evaluating performance indicators of logistics companies. First of all, key performance indicators that observed in the literature considered, as well as existing approaches to structuring and systematizing those indicators. The analysis of methods and models for evaluating the performance indicators of logistics companies is also presented, and the classification of the analyzed sources is given. This classification determines the existing directions in the considered topic of efficiency assessment. In conclusion, the approbation of the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of a logistics company, whose activities are related to the organization of container transportations, is clearly demonstrated, as well as the measures necessary to improve the efficiency of this enterprise are identified.
