Legal Issues of Application of the Artificial Intelligence to Transport

This work contains a legal study of the status of artificial intelligence (unmanned vehicle) in transport. Analysis of the technical components of such a car, comparison with human capabilities. The possibility of giving legal personality to an unmanned vehicle. A separate chapter highlights the study of responsibility for activities resulting from driving an unmanned vehicle, existing approaches, and their applicability to these legal relations. Legal analysis of some European countries in the field of artificial intelligence, in particular autonomous driving. Research of the Russian legislation in the field of artificial intelligence.
