Development of AI and Block Chain-related Laws and Regulations: Pitfalls in the Course of Their Implementation

This study is devoted to the study of the current national and international regulation of artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies and the research for possible models of their legal development. The results of the study are the analysis of the difficulties (“pitfalls”) in the implementation of regulatory legal acts in this area, the development of our own definitions and the creation of a list of organizational and legal ways of improvements.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
