Specifics of Labor Regulation for Woman and Persons with Family Responsibilities

This graduate qualification work examines the features of labor regulation for women and people with family responsibilities. Special attention in this work is paid to the history of the development of the women's movement, the regulation of women's labor in Soviet times for a complete understanding of the specifics of this topic. The relevance of the work is due to the changing socio-economic processes in the world. The author analyzes the views of the ideologues of the women's movement and their views on the emancipation of women. The mechanisms of regulation of women's labor in the Soviet period have been studied.
