The Constitutional and Legal Status of Non-profit Organizations in Russia

The presented final qualification work was carried out on the topic "The constitutional and legal status of non-profit organizations in Russia". The work consists structurally of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliographic list. This work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the foundations of the constitutional and legal status of non-profit organizations in Russia. In the first chapter of the final qualification work, non-profit organizations are considered as a form of association of citizens and organizations. In particular, the concept and characteristics of a non-profit organization, types of non-profit organizations, legal regulation of non-profit organizations. The second chapter analyzes the legal regulation of the status of non-profit organizations. In particular, the article examines the right of citizens to association and its legal guarantees, the principles of the activities of non-profit organizations, the rights and obligations of non-profit organizations, and the constitutional and legal guarantees of the activities of non-profit organizations. The final qualification work is presented on 81 pages, using 103 sources.
