The Extension of Arbitration Agreement for Third Parties

This work is devoted to the study of the institution of the extension of the arbitration clause to third parties. This problem is relevant for international commercial arbitration, as the number of disputes involving non-signatories has increased recently. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of arbitration: the concept of arbitration and the arbitration clause. The second chapter examines the problems that arise in connection with the extension of the arbitration clause to third parties. This chapter also analyzes foreign case practice. The third chapter examines the Russian approach to the extension of the arbitration clause to third parties.
