So, timetested processes of book production and distribution must be reconstructed to keep up with trends in E-commerce. The purpose of this work is to design enterprise architecture model for a publishing company. It is necessary to complete four tasks to achieve it. The tasks are to study enterprise architecture design methodologies at different levels; to study the specifics of publishing business; to study best practices of organizing processes in world publishing companies; to design the architecture of an existing publishing company at all its levels. To get the best results, the examination of the publishing business is carried out not only by reading special literature, but by the exploration of processes in real publishing house. The work starts from the exploration of top level of the enterprise architecture (strategy, products..) and then describes another aspects such as stakeholders, value creation chain and detail it down to every single technical aspect of production.
