Evidence in International Commercial Arbitration

First of all, this work examines the basic elements of the conceptual apparatus of the institution of evidentiary law, in particular the concept of proof and the concept of evidence. In addition, the main sources of legal regulation of evidentiary law in international commercial arbitration are considered. The first chapter examines the conceptual apparatus of evidentiary law in the ICA, while the second chapter focuses on the main sources of evidentiary law of the ICA. Chapter Four describes the basic forms of evidence. The conclusion and bibliography are presented at the end of the work.
