Self-defense of Labor Rights

The author considers the problems of applying self-defense of labor rights in modern Russian legislation. Special attention is paid to expanding the rights of employees to self-defense by legislating the relevant norms. In general, the self-defense of labor rights is studied from the point of view of the daily application of labor legislation through its implementation.
