The Impact of Digitalization on Maintaining Balance and Flexibility in Intellectual Property Law

This paper is focused on how the influence of digitalization and IT development interferes with the principles of balance and flexibility in the legal regulation of intellectual property. The research depicts the latest tendencies and trends and describes the main doctrinal approaches to regulation of the intellectual property in the Russian Federation, Western European countries and the United States of America on the basis of analysis of particular inter-branch problems and legal instruments.
