Subject: STATE CONTROL (SUPERVISION) IN THE FIELD OF PHARMACEUTICAL ACTIVITIES This graduation thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, subdivided into paragraphs, a list of references, and an appendix. In the introduction the relevance of the chosen topic is justified, the purpose and objectives of the study are set. The first chapter "Theoretical foundations of state regulation of pharmaceutical activities" presents: the concept, principles, objectives of state regulation, indicates the legal field under study. The basic terms, management structure of pharmaceutical service bodies are defined. Priority programmes for the development of the pharmaceutical sector are reviewed and analysed. The second chapter "Analysis and trends in the development of pharmaceutical activity in the Russian Federation" presents a brief socio-economic analysis of the main indicators and trends in the development of the pharmaceutical industry in the Russian Federation. The activities of antimonopoly authorities on compliance with legislation within the pharmaceutical market activities are considered. The impact of the pandemic new coronavirus infection on the adoption of a number of regulations governing the pharmaceutical sector has been analyzed. The conclusion shows the main conclusions obtained as a result of the study. The total length of the work is 57 pages.
