Correlation Between the Concepts of Famous and Well-known Trademarks in Private International Law

This paper focuses on well-known and famous trademarks and their legal regulation by international and domestic law. The paper considers the historical, conceptual, legislative and enforcement aspects of the topic. The topic is relevant because well-known and famous trademarks are the most effective way to protect the exclusive rights of the right holder.
