This work deals with the legal regulation of the institution of representation in the arbitration process. It is true to say that the resolution of economic In connection with this the institution of procedural representation is of great importance for ensuring the constitutional guarantee «the right to receive qualified legal assistance». The practical significance of this study is reflected in the identification of current legislative problems and ways of resolving them, which will have an impact on the development of professional representation and will help to bring about uniformity in the jurisprudence of arbitral tribunals. To this end, an analysis was made of the legislative regulation of procedural representation and its main institutions in foreign jurisdictions. The result is a draft of legislative changes based on an analysis of foreign experience and current enforcement problems. Consideration has been given to the possibility of limiting the exercise of judicial protection by the parties to the dispute, where the criterion for determining such disputes is the particularly high value of the claims.
