Features of labor regulation of medical workers in a pandemic

The work is devoted to the analysis of the legal features of the labor regulation of medical workers in the Russian Federation in the context of a pandemic in 2020 (COVID-19). In usual times medical workers have been already a category with their own unique labor regulation, while in 2020 due to the complicated epidemiological situation, this regulation underwent a number of significant changes. The study will analyze legal grounds of these changes and reveal the impact on the effectiveness of the work of medical workers in the labor area of Russian legislation.
