Abstract The graduation thesis focuses on the study of legal aspects of neobanking in Russian Financial Market. The author researches and replies to the following issues: definition of neobank in Russia, the process of neobanks’ establishment, allowed range of banking operations and services, the process of establishing legal relationship with clients. Besides, the graduation thesis contains the detailed review and analysis of the existing neobanks in Russia.
