The master's thesis analyzes the status of a partner in a law firm; the author studied the peculiarities of interaction between partners, proposed a classification of types of partnerships. The work also characterizes the role of a partner in a law firm, including a description of the model of partner's competencies, systematization of successful practice of partnership agreements.
