Russian Criminal Policy on Combating Crimes in the Sphere of Entrepreneurial Activity

This thesis is devoted to the study of issues related to criminal law policy in the framework of combating crimes in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity. The aim of the work is to analyze the criminal policy of Russia to combat crimes in the sphere of business. The object of the study are the social relations arising in connection with the implementation of criminal policy to combat crimes in the sphere of business. The norms of current legislation that determine the main provisions of the criminal policy of Russia to combat crimes in the sphere of business, judicial practice on cases involving crimes in the field of entrepreneurship, doctrinal studies on the topic under study are the subject of the study. In the process of writing the author used studies of specialists in the field of criminal law, in particular, the works of V. V. Vlasenko, B.V. Volzhenkin, P.I. Ivanov, T.O. Koshayeva, A.P. Kuznetsov, N.A. Lopashenko, O.V. Makarova, A.G. Nikolskaya, N.V. Pavlichenko, G.A. Rusanov, Y.I. Selivanovskaya, V.I. Tyunin, L.G. Shapiro and others. The structure of the work is determined by the goals and objectives of the study and consists of an introduction, three chapters, eight paragraphs, a conclusion, a bibliography, and an appendix.
