Today, in the context of digitalization, express delivery is actively developing and online shopping. Express delivery is an actively developing branch of logistics, which allows world trade to adapt to new sales markets for product promotion. Today, the main focus is on the B2C segment, as it occupies the lion's share of the industry and is an integral part of cross-border e-commerce. It is from this side that this work will be considered. The problem of the state and development prospects of the express delivery market occupies one of the central places among the largest companies in the international express delivery industry, which strive to optimize the activities of the enterprise, minimize costs and win the trust of customers. An outdated customs system and complex customs clearance procedures are a common problem for all international trade. The additional costs associated with customs clearance make small retail stores unprofitable. Since CBE delivery requires long distances across different countries, long lead times and late delivery, uncertainty or lack of delivery are the biggest hurdles in the delivery process. In addition, difficulties related to specific requirements of different countries are mentioned, for example, incompatible addressing systems.
