This thesis is devoted to the development of a law firm specializing in the field of intellectual property. The author analyzes law firms consulting on intellectual property and considers the requirements for lawyers and patent attorneys in the United States, Germany and Russia. The paper proposes a strategy for the development of a law firm in the field of intellectual property, taking into account the best Russian and foreign practices.
