The purpose of the master thesis is to create a prototype of a digital service for building a personal development path for bachelors and graduates of bachelor's degrees in the direction of "Business Informatics". The novelty of the work lies in the creation of a concept for building a personal trajectory of development based on the testing of professions selected according to identified interests, under the guidance of an experienced mentor. The first chapter examines the history of the emergence, development and current state of career guidance in Russia and the world, the organization of career guidance in universities and its relevance in a rapidly changing world. A framework for career development and consulting has been investigated, a comparison of approaches to training and methods for determining a person's inclinations has been made. There are also examples of the use of professional samples in different countries of the world. In the second chapter, trends in support of an increase in undergraduates from the state are revealed, a study of the target audience of the developed prototype of a digital service is carried out, the hypotheses put forward are confirmed, and the state of the market for career guidance services in Russia is revealed. Also, a "customer journey map" of a master's student was formed, its difficulties and ways of solving them were identified. In the third chapter, a lean canvas is created for the digital service being developed, helping to understand the service from all angles. The engineering of the service's business process in BPMN notation was also carried out, a complex model of the service's activity was formed, which includes a model of the organizational structure of the service, a fragment of the top-level model of the service architecture in the Archimate language, an infological data model of the service, presented in the form of "entity-relationship" diagrams. A use-case diagram and a class diagram in UML have been designed, as well as a prototype of the desired service on the Mockplus design platform. The conclusion contains the results and conclusions reached by the author as a result of completing the master thesis.
