Year of Graduation: 2021

This work examines the process of passing the state final certification at the National Research University "Higher School of Economics". In the course of the work, the documents regulating the process were studied in detail. In the first part, a short verbal description of the process of passing the state final certification is given, and in the second part, the process is displayed as a series of interconnected diagrams in BPMN notation. At the final stage, the analysis of the constructed diagrams and the search for weaknesses in the process under study is carried out. As a result of the analysis, recommendations were formed to optimize the process of passing the state final certification at the Higher School of Economics. Their introduction will increase the number of students who have passed the stage of state final certification; reduce the time spent by supervisors to work with students; and to reduce the burden on the training office and educational program managers.
