The Nature of Establishing the Subjectivity of Personality in Educational-Professional Activity Among Youth

Research question of the following paper was on studying the nature of establishing the subjectivity of personality in educational-professional activity among youth. The task was to perform the first qualitative study of the phenomenon. Analysis of the performed interviews allowed us to formulate the general structure of the phenomenon. The results of the phenomenological analysis confirmed the results of literature review^ youth is a critical period for the establishment the subjectivity of personality, educational-professional activity possesses unique attributes which allow it to boost the process of establishing subjectivity of personality.
