Analysis and Forecasting of Dispatches of Large Customers of the Russian Postal Operator

The main focus of this work is the analysis of the demand in the market of postal and courier deliveries of the e-commerce market of the Russian Federation. The main trends over the past 2 years are considered with a focus on delivery services. Using the methods of cluster analysis, all regions of our country were divided into three clusters based on general macroeconomic characteristics and volumes of the considered postal operator. Taking into account the received regional division, the dynamics of the number of shipments was modeled, a forecast was built until the end of 2021.
